Mindorgasms and the issue of Intellectual Property

Mindorgasms is the term I coined for living the life of the mind to the full (and overflowing/spurting so to speak), and the name I used for an erotic poetry 'exchange' blog on another site.

The owner of the site has kept the domain blog going under the same name, whereas the term 'mindorgasms' is my intellectual property.

I might not own any real estate, but I own the night sky.

The issues of 'intellectual and moral' rights come under the Copyright Act and, since film and literature industry heavyweights can't get their own rights established under this convoluted Act, I'm not even going to try.

And besides, there's no use arguing moral rights with someone bereft of morals, and without a formed conscience.

Instead, I'll reclaim my intellectual property, and use it on 'Blogger'.

What I'll write on Mindorgasms is anyone's guess. "Only God knows, and He's not telling us," as my mother of Irish descent says.

But I would like to use it as my poetry blog. So, maybe I will. And, afterall, it's my blog. I can do whatsoever I want to do with it.
